The application form is available:

• To complete online – suitable for single or joint applicants
• To download and complete on your own computer or by hand. If completing on your own computer, please send to tenancy@jbd.org or if completing by hand, please return it to JBD by post

• To be sent to you by post and completed by hand – please call us on 020 8371 6611 to arrange this
• As a printed version designed for those with vision impairment –  please call us on 020 8371 6611 to arrange this.

Once we receive your completed form, we will ascertain whether or not you meet the criteria and how we proceed with your application. If you have any queries before applying, please contact us.
